Parameters Optimum for the Face Milling Cutter to Cut the Acrylic

In this study, we used the Ø63mm 8 blades PCD diamond face milling cutter for acrylic fabric was tested for milling. There are five experimental parameters for spindle speed, feed rate, axial depth of cut, blade type and arc knife radius. Three levels of each factor were taken and the experimental plan was used the Taguchi method.In the results, we found the best cutting parameter for surface roughness, light transmittance and visible light uniformity.
