摘要

The active cancellation of probing sources in phased dipole array depends on the efficacy of adaptive algorithm employed for generation of optimum antenna weights. The problem becomes more challenging for conformal phased arrays. In this paper, the probe suppression is done in planar dipole array mounted on conformal conducting/dielectric surfaces by using Euler transformation method. An efficient modified improved LMS algorithm is used for pattern synthesis of phased array for a given signal environment. The computed results establish the efficacy of the algorithm in suppression of probing signals without any distortion in gain towards desired directions.
