摘要

According to the current situation of measurement business under the environment of supply chain imbalance between supply and demand, based on the premise of punctual delivery and consider Supply from multiple suppliers, and meet the demands of multiple class-2 warehouse. A mathematical model for calculating the time of delivery and the point of order for the first-class warehouse and the second-class stage warehouse is established, and the safety inventory model based on this delivery time is built. The example analysis shows that the model can solve the problem of overstock or shortage of stock equipment, and increase the turnover rate of metering equipment.
