The network architecture consisting of LTE assures group mobility, lesser delay, and higher throughput but also provides flexibility of deployment. Problems such as increasing mobile communication over cellular networks enforces new requirements and challenges which the present network cannot handle. Therefore the main objective of this work is the promotion of performance of network access by reducing congestion and overload. Lastly, problems of performances of LTE in overloaded condition are illustrated in this work.
