In order to conquers the disadvantages of bad compatibility and extensibility, and low performance cost ratio of traditional PLC, and to make a breakthrough in the encrypted PLC program and the difficulty of secondary development on the new tobacco primary processing equipment. We import embedded soft PLC technology to tobacco primary processing equipment, on the basis of analyzing the advantages of the embedded soft PLC technology and system structure, we draft the test plan and research methods, and analyze the research results, which indicate that the embedded soft PLC development system, in coordination with traditional PLC, can provide intuitive, convenient and efficient programming environment for users and realize the accurate control of tobacco primary processing advanced function.
