摘要

To deal with the response delay problem of the spare part provision for equipment in wartime, a maintenance strategy is proposed considering the properties of k-out-of-n system and finite maintenance capacity. A mathematical model for the joint optimization of maintenance decision-making and spare parts provision is developed to maximize the system availability and minimize the maintenance cost simultaneously. The marginal benefit method is adopted to solve the proposed model, and the optimal declaration time of spare parts, as well as the optimal maintenance force configuration scheme is obtained.
