摘要

In regional medical and health data, 8% of the data are stored in unstructured form. Through semantic analysis and data feature extraction of these medical data, choosing appropriate data model to calculate and validate is the key to good medical data. With the help of the concept of ontology, the construction of obstetric knowledge model layer was completed. The ontology structure, disease knowledge description system and possible relationship categories among obstetric concepts were constructed and defined. The obstetric ontology was also expressed by OWL, which laid a foundation for the construction of data layer.
