Future performance improvement in manufacturing safety and loss control is facilitated using a “Life Cycle Safety” approach that leverages improvement opportunities across the programming, design, construction, operation / maintenance, and retrofit phases. This approach has proven its effectiveness on projects regarded as among the world’s largest and most complex. IDC believes that this represents success and a breakthrough achievement and is especially suited to highly complex and fast paced technology projects. “Life Cycle Safety” can potentially be leveraged into a timeto- market competitive advantage.
