摘要

This paper gives a way in detail to put the ANN into practice to forecasting the pipe water quality, countermeasures are also given to cope with the factors that lead to the re-pollution of pipe water. using the countermeasures mentioned in this paper to improve the pipe water quality is practical. At the same time , We can see lt's successful to use ANN to forecasting the future water quality and that ANN meaning much to improve the pipe water quality and helps to guarantee the health of citizens.
