After a short introduction on the backgrounds of reconstructability analysis and metasynthesis, the paper introduced the basic notions of system reconstruction analysis with multi variety information and knowledge. It is followed by description of metasynthesis processing by reconstruction analysis which includes the treatment of classical numerical data, system structural relations, qualitative and quantitative relations as well as experts' whole problem scenarios and sub-problem scenarios. The paper comprehensively revised and summarized the author's theoretical, methodology works in this field and gave a rich list of the author's past papers.rnIn the second part the paper recommended the application of metasynthetic reconstruction analysis on macroeconomic problems. Studied GDP forecasting in man-machine combined metasynthetic way by reconstructability analysis (RA) and gave the RA based forecasting method. It is followed by application of metasynthetic RA on other studies. In engineering design it gave the RA method for overall optimum design for complex products such as large complex machine tools. In biological genetic gene studies it introduced metasynthetic RA to analysis of gene series to find the relation of gene order intervals and biological characteristics. So as to interpretate the gene code. In social science studies the paper reviewed the work on talented personnel demand forecasting for a large city and prospected the theoretical and methodological meaning of metasynthesis and its useful tool RA with multiv-ariety information and knowledge. Lastly a brief conclusion is made on metasynthetic reconstructability analysis.
