Potential second generation RLV launch service providers should carefully consider what solution is optimum for delivery of pressurized and unpressurized logistics and crew based on their design and operations concept Servicing option selection will be influenced by negotiation of proposed ISS services provided; (1) Pressurized logistics up-mass/down-mass; (2) Unpressurized logistics up-mass/down-mass; (3) Crew rotation.
