New Method of Heat Treatment Using the Wave Technology

摘要

This paper deals with the application of wave technology. This technology is a new direction in science and industry. It based on using nonlinear effects, which take place during the excitation of nonlinear oscillations in multi phase (liquid-gas-solid particles) mediums during quenching of carbon steels. The opportunity for further development of the quenching processes such as increasing mechanical and service properties, crack resistance is shown. Experimental data confirms this opportunity.
