Abstract: Designs of high pressure xenon gamma-spectrometer withhigh energy resolution is considered. This device isintended for research of space gamma-radiation andspace gamma-bursts. It consists of four independentgamma-detectors which are cylindrical ionizationchambers with shielding grids. They are filled withhigh pressure xenon with density 0.5 g/cm$+3$/. Workingvolume of each chamber is 6000 cm$+3$/. Energyresolution of the gamma-spectrometer is 2.5% at energy662 keV and 1.5% at energy 1170 keV. Its sensitivesurface equals to 2500 cm$+2$/. It is planned toinstall the developed instrumentation on the scientificpower platform of International Space Station.!8
