摘要

Haihe River basin is one of basins with a high physical scarcity in water resources and serious water pollution in China. The article puts forward a new positioning for the development direction of wastewater reuse in the future based on the concept of ET control and analysis of the relationship between wastewater reuse and sustainable utilization of water resources, taking the work of hydroecological restoration in Haihe River Basin into account, and proposes measures and suggestions for it at last.
