摘要

Glycol dehydration is the most common gas dehydration process employed in the oil and gas industry.rnThe range of concentrations of interest to the industry is 95 wt% to 100 wt% TEG.rnThe purpose of this paper is to present how to adjust the key operating parameters of a low pressurernTEG Dehydration Facility to achieve acceptable system performance. It will illustrate how thesernadjustments affect the water content in the treated gas, the inlet feed gas flow rate, the glycol concentration,rnthe glycol circulation rate, the regenerator pressure, the bottom reboiler temperature, the stripping gasrnflow rate, and high stripping gas ratio. In addition, design guidelines and limitations supported byrnoperating data are discussed.
