摘要

The sequence optimization of the flow process of construction projects is an effective control tool on the completion time. The traditional optimization methods, with the disadvantages such as the complexity of computing and the uncertainty of judging condition, are not easy to generate a global optimized solution. In this paper, Genetic Algorithms is introduced to solve the sequence optimization of the flow process of construction projects. Through two examples, it is shown that Genetic Algorithm can finish the optimization task of large scale, complicated problems effectively and accurately, and its power and bright future in the application of project management will be noticed.
