STUDY ON SELECTION AND DESIGN OF ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE OF EPM

摘要

Enterprise Project Management is a kind of long-term organization management with "project "as its core, based on the organization management system of project management. Therefore design and the correct selection of organization of EPM is the key to the sustained successful and long-term enforcement of project management of enterprises. Through the integrated analysis of the structure and modality of the present organizations of EPM, concerning the uncertainty factors of selection and design of the project organization structure, introducing the method of quantitative analysis —fuzzy clustering analysis, has the quantitative analysis of organizations of EPM, having put forward the idea about design of organizations of EPM, and offered certain reference for enterprise project management practice.
