摘要

There are plenty of quality requirements for consumers, not all of them should be satisfied but taken into analysis and find out the point. The quality requirement is a crucial item of quantity to make decisions in the persistent improvement of project quality. It should be confirmed according to customer as the principle of focus concern, it is said that the customer position is used as the main basis of evaluation by obtaining objective information of customers. The confirmation of quality requirements can adopt two kinds of methods: Traditional method: Evaluate quality requirements by several grade amounts, such as: extraordinarily importance, relatively importance, commonly importance, unimportance. Customers who are visited are required to make choice to each grade, to fetch one and only one. Then the investigations given by customers will be evaluated synthetically.
