GROWTH PROSPECTS ELABORATION OF INNOVATION FOR INVOLVING MINERAL WASTES IN PRODUCTION

The reality of the complex problem of the rational use of natural resources has been -declared widely and persistently but real decisions to address this are invariably put off to an indefinite time in the future. Natural resources and their deep processing are a priority for scientific and technological development in Russia. The economic crisis in Russia has revealed the importance of identifying priority directions, which are capable of ensuring production competitiveness at home and world markets. The natural resources of the European North of Russia, in combination with favourable economic and geographical location, should be considered as a natural base for intensive economic development on the basis of scientific and technological developments. The latter basis will ensure the rational use of important natural resources.
