Environment is one of the most urgent situations, and Soil degradation is an important part. Recently, the soil degradation seems more and more severe. So, new technologies and theories must be devoted to the serious problem. In this paper, the author use the modern geo-information and geo-mathematics technologies to access the soil erosion of northern part of Shaanxi Province. Using the model structure and the factor coefficients, the RUSLE model shows the function to assess soil erosion risk. And we can gain the linear relationship between them. So, integrated application of modern technologies and lusty model can gain the satisfying results.
