摘要

Numerical geo-electrical models are constructed based on the hydrological simulation results of leachate plumes from a highly conceptualized landfill, and their responses to the magnetometric resistivity (MMR) method are computed using finite difference software. Our forward modeling results of the time-lapse MMR anomalies reveal that the MMR method is capable of mapping and monitoring the spread and fate of groundwater contamination.
