Automated ISR Collection Management System

摘要

Here, we describe an Automated ISR CollectionrnManagement System (AICMS) that can conduct dynamicrnmulti-asset synchronization, tasking, and monitoringrnacross multiple echelons. AICMS enhances the collectionrnmanagement process by extracting relevant keyrninformation from the available sensor stream to supportrntactical situation assessment. AICMS can then, inrnconjunction with the INTEL analyst, specify the keyrninformation requirements and generate a collection planrnto meet these requirements given a specified set ofrnavailable collection assets. The main innovation behindrnthe development of AICMS is the incorporation of anrnautomated mechanism for decomposing higher-levelrninformation needs into lower more specific informationrnrequirements using a Bayesian belief network mechanismrncombined with a fuzzy logic reasoning mechanism forrngenerating a collection plan to satisfy those informationrnrequirements given an available collection asset suite.
