INFORMATIZATION ABILITY OF AN ENTERPRISE―CONCEPT AND MODEL

It is well known that the informatization is important for the development of the enterprises. Recent researches about the evaluation of enterprise informatization usually pay more attention to one point: the status of present; whereas they ignore the process: the relationship between effectiveness and investment of the informatization construction. Therefore how to evaluate the relationship between effectiveness and investment is very important for making efficient decision to avoid increasing budget and wasting. For this purpose, the study defines the ability of the enterprise informatization, builds up the corresponding model and develops one three-level index system. Not only the informatization evaluation is difficult but also the evaluation of the "ability" is complex. We have a significant attempt to evaluate of the informatization ability.
