In this paper, a new computer-interfaced multiple-channel data logging system that based on 16 bits analog-to-digital converter(ADC) MAX195 is presented, and its hardware and software are introduced. Equipped with temperature measuring sensors, we successfully construct temperature data logging system. It has many unique features, such as quick sampling rate, high accuracy, ideal reliability as well as user-oriented manipulation, which results in its substantial use and popularization value. it is hoped to extend the use of this system to other areas in the future.
