摘要

In this paper, the dimensionless similitude criterion group of air-flow impact comminution course is deduced based on dimensional analysis method of similitude theory. The dimensionless criterions to influence the results of air-flow impact comminution are ratio of raw material flow rate to air flow rate(Q/q), ratio of two-nozzle distance to their diameter(L/d), and particle Reynolds-number. The relationship between deciding similitude criterions and decided similitude criterion is approve by experiment carried out in the air-flow impact experiment carried out in the air-flow impact experiment device designed by ourselves. We also discuss the mechanism by which parameters influence the comminution results and give out the methdo to reduce energy consumption.
