Knowledge Needed Within an Agile Enterprise

Leading in the innovation economy [1] - requires agility to thrive on change, to capitalize on it by staying ahead of change and competitors. In the innovation economy, an agile enterprise must ensure its employees learn quicker, and put into practice knowledge faster, than existing and emerging competitors. To achieve agility, an enterprise must learn continuously and continuously develop, share, mobilize, cultivate, review, and spread knowledge. That is why the ability of an agile enterprise to learn, thereby improving existing skills and acquiring new ones, forms its most strategic, as well as tactical, competitive advantage. In this paper, an analysis of computer network failure incident reports is used to show that entity extraction can be used to highlight the underlying social architecture of the system.
