With the impacts of the climate change and the intensive human activities on land use, a remarkable environment change has been recognized in China. In this paper, first of all, environment changes in China, such as human activities on land use, climate change, social and economic development, were presented. Secondly, the hydrological prediction models and systems and their application in China were briefly introduced. Finally, it was pointed out that new hydrological prediction models, such as the distributed hydrological models based on the geography information, should be developed for the measured long-time data series will be no longer valid for traditional model calibration with the environment change.
