Failures analysis for water distribution networks long-term rehabilitation planning

摘要

The paper presents some results of the water mains failures and rehabilitation analysis worked out for the needs of Work Package 4 (Strategic planning and investment) of the European project CARE-W (Computer Aided REhabilitation of Water networks). The case study has been applied to a municipal water network in the city of Brno in the Czech Republic, which is operated by the Brno Waterworks and Sewers water utility.
