When exogenous protein, polysaccharide, bacteria or virus attacks human or animal organism, the immune system of organism brig about relative immunoglobulin(Ig). If the immunoglobulin combines with the complement in plasma, exogenous substantial toxicity is cleared away. Human immunoglobulins may be classified as G, A, M, D and E. They are composed of two same heavy chains and two same light chains by disulfide bond covalent cross-link. The molecular polymeric degree of Various immunoglobulin is different. The light chains are ocmposed of κ or λ chain. The heavy chains are defferent. They are composed of γ(IgG). α(IgA) ,μ(IgM) ,δ(IgD) and ε(IgE) respectively. Antiinfection of immune is IgG mainly [1]. Various immunoglobulins were utilized di-agosing some communicable diseases. The immune diagonosis requires specific immune antiserum. Because the light chains are same, antiserum is achieved immunizing animal with complete IgG may generate cross reaction with another immunoglobulin. If the light chain and heavy chain in the IgG is cledved, antiserum is achieved immunizing by specific heavy chain cannot generate cross reaction. Thus accuracy of diagnosing disease is raised[2].
