The biological roles and detection of lipid peroxide

Lipid peroxides (LPO) are products of reaction between lipin and reactive oxygen. These radicals can dumage cell in two aspects:rn1. They can cross-link with amino acids and proteins on cell membrane and destroy the membrane structures, which gets rise to not only the phagcytosis of influenced cell allergy, but also the change of celluar interior environment, leading to the death of cell, inflamation, hemalys is etc.
