MUDVE A Multi-user Distributed Virtual Environment

摘要

A framework for multi-user distributed virtual environment is presented in this paper. The communication architecture of our system integrates the advantages of peer-to-peer topology and client-server topology. The system supports Object-Oriented database managing, dynamic load balancing, information service and resource discovery. An experimental system was implemented on networked high-end PCs.
