Automated Inspection of Injection Quality for Lottery Production

摘要

Quality inspection is an important process in the lottery production industry. Since lottery production regulation requires "Dark Production", and one lottery production line prints lotteries at a rate of 8 million per day, automated inspection is the only way to ensure lottery production quality. In this paper first we classify the types of lottery injection defects. Then we present the architecture of our automated inspection system. Later we propose technological solutions for image acquisition, injection quality inspection, inspection database organization, and multitask processing. Finally we advance a scheme for real time inspection.
