A rich geologic heritage in southern Taihangshan area, integrated with local historical cultural relics and natural ecosystems, provides the valuable resources for local tourism. A strategic plan for geopark construction in southern Taihangshan Mountains is proposed based on the analysis of local resources for geotourism and current development of construction of geoparks.
