摘要

This paper proposes that the crucial place for innovation for travel agencies is to join the channel advantage of net marketing and the enterprise resource of traditional marketing. A case study, using China Youth Travel Service (CYTS), attempts to discover and validate how the travel agency carries on marketing integration. The goal is to establish how to do the perfect complementary aspects including the disadvantage and advantage of traditional marketing and net marketing in a travel agency.
