An Integrated Supply Chain Management System in Non-Profit Organization

摘要

This paper firstly quoted the terminology "integrated supply chain management system" to the field of logistics management. According to literature review, the author collected the notification, characteristic, objective of the term and compared the characteristics of profitable organization with that of non-profit institute. The paper also put forward the methodology of the integraed supply chain management system to the readers. And at last, the author explained its applicable domain in non-profit organization.
