The Potential Analysis of Management Information Systems

摘要

In this paper, the concept of potential in the active decision theory is introduced into the researches on management information systems (MIS). The factors influencing allowing full play to the efficiency of MIS are analyzed. The prerequisite for allowing full play to the efficiency of MIS is discussed. Thereby, The measures to promote the efficiency of MIS are presented.
