A UWB communication Transmitter with PPM modulation scheme in the presence of AWGN was simulated in order to determine the interference effect to a traditional 16QAM, 64QAM, QPSK and BPSK narrowband system. The interference highly depended on both the spectrum of UWB signal and the center frequency of the narrowband system.
