摘要

With the improvement of integration of radar systems, radar structures become more complex, and in the design process of radar, the application needs of 3D wiring is more urgent. In the paper, we describe a more convenient method developed on the basis of the basic functions of the Creo software, which is more suitable for cable design of the radar antenna. The wiring method was verified in a large phased array radar antenna. Also, we summed up the conventional 3D wiring ideas, described how to use simplified methods of 3D wiring in antenna design of radar. Finally, the practice has proved that using simplified methods of 3D wiring can obviously improve the efficiency of 3D wiring and 3D wiring has played a significant role in guiding the actual production and assembly.
