In the silver surface positive charge region, three double electrical layers (DEL) differing in structure are formed on silver in a molten electrolyte (700 ℃): in the supporting NaCl-KCl electrolyte, DEL is formed by electrostatically adsorbed dipoles Cl~- Na~+(K~+); in the melts NaCl-KCl-NiCl_2 and NaCl-KCl-CoCl_2 a replacement of Cl~- in the DEL by the complex anions NiCl_6~(4-) and CoGl_4~(2-) takes place, which is accompanied by the formation of complex heterophase groups and, ultimately, by an increase in C_(min) capacity, E_(zc) shift towards more negative E values and a corresponding change in Q charge.
