The basic properties of the consolidated titanium powder materials obtained by two methods electricalpulse sintering and conventional vacuum sintering were investigated. Titanium powder consists ofspherical and nonspherical forms and it has the particle size distribution 200 – 400 microns.Consolidated by two different methods powder composition consisting of 20–30 % nonsphericalparticles (else – spherical particles) has 5-7 times permeability higher than permeability just thespherical powder composition. Conventional vacuum sintering method allows manufacture aconsolidated samples during 60 - 70 minutes at a sintering temperature of 1000 to 1200 degreesCentigrade. Electrical pulse sintering produces the samples with the same properties during 70 – 80microseconds.
