This paper presents planar low-pass filters that have high attenuation level in a wide stop band for various millimeter-wave bands (frequencies from 26 to 240 GHz). Their characteristics are mainly determined the condition only of quasi - T - mode propagation along filter structure, choice of filter element dimensions and their configuration, and of dielectric materials. The novel filter structure is also proposed. The filter responses presented show that the measured results are comparable with the predicted theoretical characteristics.
