The paper presents some technical and economical aspects of the processing of some Super Hard Composites (SHC) with the role of matrix, adequate to producing certain Synthetic Diamond Tool (SDT), whose elaboration temperature should be under the "thermo-mechanical index" (TMI) of stability of this diamond category (~1000℃). The research results show the application of hot pressing (HP) method to produce the selected [(W_2CAWC-W-Ni) + Cu-Zn-Si(Sn, Fe, Mo, Mn)] matrices allows to obtain a great variety of structures and properties, superior to some equivalent matrices elaborated by sintering by infiltration (SI).
