The Zeta Potential as Indicator for Solid Surface Charge

Zeta potential analysis is a valuable tool for the study of surface characteristics of biomaterials. A major benefit of the SurPASS method is its application to biomaterial samples of different shapes and geometries. While the pH dependence of zeta potential provides information on the surface chemistry, the real-time study of adsorption kinetics furthermore enables the optimization of solid surface properties.
