摘要

The high temperature corrosion behaviour of metallic materials was investigated in arnsimulated waste incineration environments N2-8%O2-0.2%HCl-15%H2O-0.02%SO2rnand with the omission of oxygen to see its effect at 400°C using discontinuousrnexposures and thermogravimetric experiments. The samples were covered withrnPbCl2-KCl-ZnCl2 in some experiments and in others without. The products of the highrntemperature corrosion were analyzed by X-ray diffraction and scanning electronrnmicroscopy with EDX-analysis. The behaviour with the complete atmosphere andrnwith salts showed a subparabolic effect. The presence of O2 produce oxidation withrnthe generation of stable oxides. The omission of oxygen decrease the mass gainrnbecause the omission of the direct oxidation.
