The engineering method of thermal mode calculation of centrifugal induction sintering forrnheavy and multilayer coatings is developedrnThe analysis of the basic features of the centrifugal induction sintering (CIS) technology forrnheavy and multilayered coatings has shown that the most important stage is the temperaturernof isothermal aging of powder material (sintering). The basic technical problem at this stagernis the maintenance of the assigned average temperature of a powder layer (temperature ofrnsintering) during the certain time interval (time of sintering).rnAs a result of the CIS technological process analysis for heavy and multilayered coatings it isrnestablished, that the thickness of the powder layer does not have an influence on the thermalrnmode of isothermal ageing. Thermal modes of isothermal ageing at CIS of multilayeredrncoverings do not depend on amount of layers, their thickness or heat conductivity of usedrnmaterials. The rated ratio of CIS of thin layers coatings can be used for calculation.
