摘要

Depending on the used technology the powders from NiSiB/WC -Co system are used for production of layers with controlled properties, of under-layer adherence or oxidizing resistance. The materials from NiSiB/WC-Co system used in thermal spraying methods, yield bonding layers that can be used as deposit fuse for no self fluxing and ceramic powders. These materials can yield single layers that are very adhesive and show extension strength, having a good behavior to corrosion and oxidizing phenomena. Most of these powders can be deposited in thick layers with a low tendency to crack, used for layers with low hardness, but showing good behavior of oxidizing resistance at high temperature conditions. The coating experimentations were made with a CastoDyn 8000 system, using OL 37 metallic surface for plasma spraying of the NiSiB/WC-Co system powder. The applied powder coating will allow its usage into industrial processes where special materials are needed.
