摘要

Abstract: A new method of determining minute amounts of oil in water by laser-induced fluorescence is presented. All water samples were extracted by a Cyclohexne (C$-6$/H$-12$/) Entractant. A pulsed N$-2$/ laser with wavelength of 337.1 nm and pulse duration of 5 ns was used as the exciting source. The fluorescence of 540 nm was selected as marking the wavelength of the oil to be determined. For overcoming the effect of starry light, the time- resolution spectroscopic technique and a wavelength separation filter glass were applied. The experimental results indicate that the detective limit of a minute amount of oil in water is less than 1.5 ppb, the measuring linear range is from 0 - 1600 ppb, and the measuring accuracy is less than 5%. !5
