Baghouse Monitoring Made Simple

摘要

This paper reviews existing technologies and well as a new technology for broken bag detection and it's integration into an "Environmental Monitoring ― Process Control" System. The paper will review the monitoring requirements under CAM and show how this new technology coupled with standard process control hardware and programs written specifically for CAM compliance can provide compliance under CAM as well as providing valuable operational information back to the facility. This hybrid "Environmental/Process" System can work in all worlds to provide a compliance monitoring tool, a process control interface and a data management system that allows all parties (Environmental Managers, Operators, Operations Manager, Maintenance Managers, etc.) access to information that will make their jobs easier and more productive.
