Environmental management in systems of drill oil well, Brazil

摘要

The extraction of oil is considered a special method of mining of non-renewable resources. Different from traditional mining, such as metallic and non-metallic minerals, the area of extraction of oil is not big. However this type of mining can cause several damages in the environment. The main causes of damage come from handling and discard of fluids used to drill well to explore crude oil. Also, the environmental damage can appear in different ways if the processes occur on earth or sea platform. This work deal with a environmental management system to be used in operations of drill oil well on earth with the objective to minimize and eliminate the environmental damage through an improvement of a system that allow to drill without traditional dike and to remove solids materials come from oil well to permit to recover liquid effluents.
