Numerical simulation of 3D non-steady displacement of oil by water

摘要

This paper presents the results of mathematical simulations of three-dimensional multi-phase flows of liquid through inhomogeneous porous media. The used numerical simulator has provided the possibility to obtain solutions for several typical problems of oil displacement by water in domains tapped by a system of wells. Special attention is paid to the created software supporting the visualization of simulator's input and output data.
